In the beginning of term four, I struggled with identifying Human needs deficits, goals and appointment planning prior to my client being in the chair. I learned very quickly that not being organized and prepared can affect my overall performance. I also felt unprofessional which wasn't something I would like to re-visit. Therefor, I now ensure to manage my time wisely in order to have a smooth, safe and efficient clinical practice.
